Return Policies
Oh What A Night is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store for Return Authorization number and to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable* unless item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of item and returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of Return Authorization.

Returned Items must be in unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of induced damage and in unused condition and be free of any odors such as perfume, smoke or pets. Item must be returned in original packing or in similar suitable packaging to maintain care of the item.

Clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable

All items returned for damage will be inspected prior to authorizing a refund.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of any items being returned, exchanged or replaced. Items to be exchanged that were originally purchased with "Free Shipping" may be subjected to new shipping charges imposed.

Any Item returned for refund that is purchased with the "Free Shipping" option will have the original cost of shipping fees deducted from the refund unless a damaged claim has been accepted.

Items received after 14 days of Return Authorization are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Oh What A Night is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured. Any customs fees that may be incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
Purchases made are generally shipped the next business day on a Monday thru Friday basis, excluding holidays.
